  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for AI conferences.
  • Identify and target potential clients, sponsors, and partners for conference participation.
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, lead qualification, pitch presentations, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • B2B Telesales:
  • Lead B2B telesales initiatives, focusing on outbound calls to secure sponsorships, delegate sales, and exhibition space.
  • Develop tailored sales pitches that address the needs and interests of potential clients.
  • Manage and optimize the telesales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching industry trends, market conditions, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and delegates.
  • Expand the client base by targeting both existing and new markets.
  • Team Leadership:
