Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for AI conferences.
- Identify and target potential clients, sponsors, and partners for conference participation.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, lead qualification, pitch presentations, negotiation, and closing deals.
- B2B Telesales:
- Lead B2B telesales initiatives, focusing on outbound calls to secure sponsorships, delegate sales, and exhibition space.
- Develop tailored sales pitches that address the needs and interests of potential clients.
- Manage and optimize the telesales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities by researching industry trends, market conditions, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and delegates.
- Expand the client base by targeting both existing and new markets.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide regular training and development opportunities to enhance the team's sales skills and industry knowledge.
- Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- Reporting & Analytics:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B telesales, with a focus on conference sales or similar events.

- Strong understanding of the AI industry and related market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
