About LXME:LXME is India’s first comprehensive financial ecosystem designed exclusively for women empowering them to earn, spend, save, and invest with confidence.From LXME Pay (our UPI-led payments platform) to Invest and Learn, we’re building a new kind of financial experience — one that starts with education and ends with empowerment.About the Role:The Data Analyst (CBO Team) will be the analytical backbone of LXME’s business operations ensuring every decision, dashboard, and discussion is powered by accurate, timely data.This role owns end-to-end MIS, reporting, and performance visibility across all CBO functions from Sales and Distribution to Growth and Money Coach.You’ll turn raw data into actionable insights, connect AUM and TPV to performance funnels, and ensure every business metric is measurable, comparable, and reliable.What You’ll Build / Lead / Own:Create, maintain, and automate daily/weekly/monthly MIS across sales, growth, and operations.Build interactive dashboards for key business metrics like AUM, TPV, CAC, and conversion etc.Ensure data hygiene, reconciliation, and accuracy across CRM, app, and backend systems.Develop and standardize KPI and KRA tracking frameworks for business teams.Prepare weekly insight reports and leadership decks to drive business reviews.Collaborate with Sales, Distribution, and Growth teams to ensure reporting consistency and alignment.What Success Looks Like:100% accuracy in daily and monthly business reports.Reduction in reporting errors and turnaround time.Real-time visibility on AUM, TPV, and conversion KPIs.Improved decision-making through reliable data insights.High adoption and trust in dashboards across CBO functions.Who You Are:A data professional who turns chaos into clarity — equally comfortable in Excel and SQL.Obsessed with accuracy, structure, and storytelling through numbers.Business-minded: you understand how metrics connect to outcomes (AUM, CAC, TPV).Collaborative and responsive, with an eye for efficiency.Passionate about LXME’s mission to make financial confidence measurable and scalable.Qualifications & Experience:4–6 years' experience in fintech/BFSI analytics or business intelligence.Hands-on with Advance Excel, Power BI or other visualization tools.
