Description :- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a project management role focused on data, analytics, or business intelligence.- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from inception to completion, delivering on time and within budget.- Experience working with large datasets and a fair understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling concepts.- Proven experience in a consulting-oriented role, either in a professional services firm or an internal consulting capacity, is a significant plus.- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Skills :- Data Analysis : Fundamental understanding of SQL and a working knowledge of statistical analysis.- Data Visualization : Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to create compelling dashboards and reports.- Analytics Tools : Familiarity with programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.Soft Skills :- Consultant Mindset : Exceptional problem-solving skills with a natural curiosity and a strategic, big-picture perspective. The ability to identify root causes and design comprehensive solutions.- Communication : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for a non-technical audience and present findings to executive leadership.- Leadership : Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards a common goal.- Stakeholder Management : Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Adaptability : The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively (ref:hirist.tech)
