The role involves assisting customers with reservations, addressing queries, resolving complaints, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in managing customer interactions across multiple channels.Must-Have Skills and Tools Near-native proficiency in Danish (verbal and written) Proficiency in English (Excellent verbal and written) Minimum 2 years of professional experience (including at least 1 year in the hospitality sector). Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with digital communication platforms. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media. Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Provide accurate information regarding services, facilities, pricing, and local attractions. Handle and resolve guest complaints with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism. Coordinate with internal teams (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, reservations, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain detailed records of all guest interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Follow up with guests after service to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback. Uphold brand standards and promote a culture of hospitality and customer excellence.Good-to-Have Experience in international customer service or guest relations roles. Knowledge of European hospitality standards and expectations. Prior experience working in multilingual or cross-cultural teams.Education A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency certification in the Danish language is mandatory.
