Every creation from Muhurth celebrates timeless artistry, ensuring the legacy of this fine craft endures for generations to come.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an articulate, thoughtful and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team remotely. The role goes beyond routine responses — it calls for someone who can understand customer intent, communicate with empathy, and guide them seamlessly toward a satisfying purchase experience.Daily responsibilities include:- Managing WhatsApp, email, and Instagram queries and conversations- Responding promptly and thoughtfully to customer concerns- Maintaining brand tone and professionalism in all interactions- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction- Building relationships that translate inquiries into meaningful brand experiencesQualifications- Proficiency in Customer Service and Support, with a focus on delivering satisfaction- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — written and verbal- Fluent in English & Tamil (Telugu or Kannada is a plus)- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote setup- Interest or experience in the textile or fashion industry is an advantage- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university- A growth mindset — openness to take on expanded responsibilities as the brand growsCompensation: ₹15,000/month (Work-from-home role)At Muhurth, every interaction is an extension of our artistry — we value people who bring thought, warmth, and precision to their work.
