Employment Type : Full-Time.Experience : 5 to 8 Years.Work Location : Pune, Baner.Job Description :We are looking for an experienced CRM Consultant with strong expertise in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation and CRM systems like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or ServiceNow.The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting CRM solutions to meet business needs.Key Responsibilities :- Configure Product Catalog, SKUs, bundling, product relationships, and pricing/business rules.- Work on CPQ project implementation and ensure alignment with business requirements.- Create user stories, design documents, and functional documentation (FDD).- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document CRM requirements.- Perform data analysis to identify customer behavior and trends.- Provide training and support to CRM users across departments.Mandatory Skills :- Minimum 5+ years of CRM consulting experience (Salesforce / MS Dynamics / ServiceNow CRM).- 2+ years of hands-on CPQ project experience.- Strong expertise in CRM configuration and business rules.- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
