You will handle various accounting functions, from data entry to financial reporting, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high-quality financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Record to Report Process:

- Manage and oversee the end-to-end RTR process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with US GAAP and company policies.

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Statutory Audits:

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory audits.

- Provide necessary documentation and explanations to facilitate the audit process.

GFSS Site Leader Responsibilities:

- Act as the GFSS (Global Finance Shared Services) Site Leader, overseeing RTR activities and ensuring adherence to global finance standards.

- Implement and enforce best practices and processes in RTR to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Reconciliation and Compliance:

- Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the RTR function and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and reporting.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all RTR activities, including transactions, reconciliations, and financial reports.

- Prepare reports and summaries as required for management Work closely with finance, accounting, and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and resolution of issues.

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support financial processes and objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- CA Intermediate or equivalent qualification is preferred.

- Proven experience in Record to Report (RTR) functions, including statutory audits and compliance with US GAAP.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
