The role also entails hands-on coding, testing, and deploying models in real-world applications while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.QualificationsProficiency in AI technologies, including Supervised Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP)Experience in large language model (LLM) fine-tuning and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniquesStrong coding skills in languages such as Python, and familiarity with AI frameworks and librariesExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong research and analytical skills to develop and optimize AI modelsExperience in healthcare RCM is an advantageBachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields
