- Troubleshoot production issues, own root-cause analysis, and ship fixes fast.

- Proven knack for debugging & technical support in SaaS environments.
- Fluency in JavaScript & TypeScript (Node.js or browser).
- Sharp analytical thinking and obsessive attention to detail.
- Clear, confident written communication with B2B clients.
- B.S. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
