Job Description:

Skills required: Automation Testing, Cypress, Selenium, Jenkin, Gitlab, BDD and Cucumber.

  • Serve as a senior QA and Automation Engineer team for the software platform, ensuring fully meets our stakeholder’s quality expectations.
  • SDET professional knowledge is entirely focused on testability, robustness, and performance of software testing and development process.
  • Ability to create automation frameworks and implement from scratch using Cypress & Selenium (provides foundational automation experience)
  • Have had working experience with Cypress – actual hands-on experience as part of project responsibility or robust enough POC with scripts written and executed over a period
  • API test experience with Postman and Karate
  • Regression test experience
  • Write and execute automated tests using Cypress ,Selenium/Java, Cucumber, Spring Boot / Spring Application Framework, IntelliJ / Eclipse, GIT / EGIT, ATDD implementation, Cross Browser testing using Sauce Labs, Perfecto / Test Objects using Appium, Maven integration
  • Design and develop automation frameworks using Java, Cucumber, TestNG
  • Designing and overseeing the overall strategy of QA Automation (test plans and test designs) for the entire software platform.
  • Mentoring other QAs on how to apply established automation patterns and tools. Solving the most difficult aspect of QA automation
  • Provide input on QA automation tools selection for all areas of the platform (both UI and backend APIs, functional and performance testing)
  • Work across all team and evangelize QA Automation first approach
  • Applying established vision of automated QA processes via hands-on work across all areas of development.
  • Be capable of building, deploying and managing the environment
  • Provide accurate and timely estimates for tasks
