SCOPE OF WORK:

The primary scope of work for the candidate will be:

Internal Communications:

- Lead and Manage All Key Employee Communication Events including Employee Townhall, Excom Messages, Leadership Forums, etc.

- Support businesses by sharing constant updates about the company and business units - leverage various platforms: emailers, yammer, spice intranet portal and other InCom digital tools

- Support strategic internal communication projects

- Plan, edit & write content for a variety of internal communications platforms - intranet portal, yammer etc.

Top Management/Executive Communication:

- Drafting content for Zone President & Key Spokespersons like CMO, CHRO, CFO etc. for varied media/non-media engagements including presentations, blogs, social media posts etc.

KEY SKILLS :

- Multi-Tasking - ability to do handle multiple tasks simultaneously comprising Internal Comms and External Comms

- Content Writing skills - ability to create/write content across varied genres depending on business need

- Strategic Thinking - Ability to understand the key trends and insights to draft the right narrative for Schneider Electric

- Storytelling - ability to create and narrate a credible story

- Strong Collaboration and People skills

Education and Experience:

- Master's degree in journalism / Mass Communication from a top institute

- Min. 4-7 years' experience managing internal and external communication
