The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with a passion for sourcing the right talent and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for both technical (IT) and non-technical (BPO/operations) roles.
  • Drive bulk hiring campaigns across departments including Operations, Technology, and Support functions.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent using job portals, social media, references, and campus drives.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company standards.
  • Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Conduct offer negotiations and follow-ups till onboarding.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and provide regular hiring reports to management.
