Role Overview: TheAWS Alliance Manageris responsible for establishing, nurturing, and expanding the organization’s strategic partnership withAmazon Web Services (AWS) . This role plays a critical part in driving joint go-to-market initiatives, accelerating cloud business growth, and strengthening the company’s position within the AWS partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between internal teams and AWS stakeholders, developing strategies that align with both organizations’ goals. They will leverage AWS Marketplace, APN Programs, and Co-Sell initiatives to create mutual value, enhance visibility, and drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute ajoint business planwith AWS focused on revenue growth, customer success, and mutual objectives. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships withAWS Partner Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Marketing Teams . Identify, develop, and manageco-selling and co-marketing initiativeswith AWS. Drive achievement ofAWS partner tier advancement , certifications, and competencies. Track, analyse, and report onalliance performance metrics , including pipeline health, joint wins, and marketing ROI. Collaborate withinternal sales, pre-sales, and technical delivery teamsto build AWS-based solutions and proposals. Coordinate participation inAWS events, webinars, sponsorships , and partner programs. Stay informed aboutAWS product updates, new services, partner incentives, and marketplace opportunities . Partner with marketing teams to createjoint case studies, success stories, and promotional materialshighlighting AWS partnership success. Champion AWS best practices and enablement initiatives across the organization. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Technology, or a related field. 6+ years of experiencein cloud partnerships, alliances, or channel management, with a strong focus on AWS. In-depth understanding of theAWS Partner Network (APN) , AWS Marketplace, and co-sell engagement models. Proven track record ofdriving joint revenue growthand managing successful cloud alliances. Strongrelationship management, negotiation, and communication skills . Strategic thinkerwith the ability to execute operationally and influence cross-functional teams. Familiarity withenterprise cloud sales cycles, partner marketing , and solution development. Preferred Qualifications: AWS Partner AccreditationorAWS Certified Cloud Practitionercertification. Experience working withSystem Integrators (SIs)ortechnology consulting firms . Proficiency in usingCRM and partner management toolssuch as Salesforce and PRM systems. Demonstrated success as aStrategic Alliance Manager , helpingISVs and Cloud Partners accelerate growthviaAWS Marketplace, APN Programs, and Co-Sell initiatives .
