Maximor is redefining how finance and accounting teams work – helping global CFOs, controllers, and accountants eliminate repetitive workflows – so they can focus on strategic decisions instead.Backed by top-tier Silicon Valley VCs, our US–India team of second-time founders and seasoned finance leaders is reimagining the financial back office – turning a $1 Trillion problem into a product that feels like magic, and works in the real world.What You’ll DoWe’re now hiring a curious and ambitious Chartered Accountant (fresher or recent graduate) based in India to join our Implementation & AI Transformation Team – a high-impact group that works at the intersection of accounting and automation.- Act as the bridge between customer accounting workflows and Maximor’s AI platform - Help onboard customers by mapping their financial processes to our product modules - Identify accounting edge cases and collaborate with engineers to refine AI behavior - Document uncommon scenarios and contribute to internal training datasets - Work directly with customers to resolve issues and deliver valueWho You Are- Qualified Chartered Accountant (freshers encouraged to apply) - Solid understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and general ledger concepts - Curious about technology, automation, and AI in finance - Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven - Strong communication skills and comfort working across teams (product, engineering, support) - Exposure to ERP/accounting tools (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) is a plusWhat You’ll Gain- Be part of a pioneering AI product team solving real-world finance problems - Gain exposure to global finance teams – and shape the tools they’ll use - Collaborate with world-class engineers, product thinkers, and finance veterans - Gain hands-on experience across implementation, QA, support, and customer success - Opportunity to grow into leadership roles in product, solutions, or customer-facing teams as we scaleApply here or drop your CV at careers@maximor.ai.
