The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market, focusing on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT positions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with consultants, clients, and account managers to ensure timely and quality submissions.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - 0–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment (W2/1099/C2C). - Must have proven experience in submitting candidates on W2. - He/she must be able to work on IT/Non-IT roles - Strong understanding of US Tax Terms, Work Visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT), and compliance. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Familiarity with ATS tools and major job portals. - He/she must be committed and dedicated to work. - If needed, he/she must stretch the extra hours or need to work over the weekend. - Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Self-starter with a strong go-getter attitude.
