Key Responsibilities :- Manage end-to-end onboarding of new retail product SKUs, including metadata entry, behavioral attributes, thumbnail linking, and 3D model references.- Work extensively with Google Sheets and Excel to clean, merge, and manipulate large datasets (1,000+ rows) across multiple sources.- Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and transform product data from internal databases.- Ensure functional and behavioral product data is accurately reflected in the platform (e., mounting type, materials compatibility, 3D rotation behavior).- Troubleshoot issues reported through Jira tickets related to product data display or configuration.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA, and other analysts.- Automate repetitive tasks where possible using tools like Python or Tableau Prep (optional but preferred).- Match new product specs to existing templates and validate compatibility (e.g. , sinks and faucets, light fixtures for walls vs.ceilings).- Participate in regular sprint meetings and team check-ins via Slack, Google Meet, etc.Key Qualifications :- 4+ years of experience in a hybrid Business Analyst / Data Analyst role.- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, bulk edits).- Solid SQL skills for querying and joining across multiple tables.- Experience managing or working with structured product data (PIM or CMS experience a plus).- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve with minimal guidance using available data.- Comfortable with ambiguity and working independently in a fast-paced, evolving project environment.- Exposure to Jira, Python, GCP, or basic scripting/automation is a plus.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.Nice to Have :- Experience with 3D asset workflows or retail/eCommerce product catalogs.- Knowledge of Tableau, Tableau Prep, or similar automation tools.- Prior exposure to AR/VR platforms or room planning tools.- Familiarity with cloud-based data environments (Google Cloud, BigQuery, etc (ref:hirist.tech)
