Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager Real Estate at Springfield Properties in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions related to real estate professionals, managing recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Experience in HR management within the real estate industry
