What You'll Do:

- Partner with product managers to define KPIs, measure product adoption, and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Own key aspects of the analytics lifecycle: data instrumentation, reporting, and insights generation.

- Conduct deep-dive analyses including A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and segmentation to uncover user behavior patterns.

- Build dashboards and reports that communicate insights clearly to product stakeholders.

- Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

- Provide actionable recommendations that inform product strategy and improve customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in product or growth analytics.

- Strong SQL skills; experience with BI/analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude.

- Proven ability to translate data into insights that drive product decisions.

- Familiarity with SaaS metrics and experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing).

- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data storytelling.

- Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
