Position: Events Planning and Management Associate

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and talented Associate to join our Investor Community and Events team. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional passionate about conceptualizing and managing world-class events, nurturing investor communications, and enhancing our brand’s visibility within the venture capital and financial services space. The successful candidate will take ownership of organizing investor-led events such as Investor Summits, Private Capital Conferences, Pitch Days, and Networking Galas, while also securing sponsorships and ensuring our leadership is prominently represented at industry-defining events.


Key Responsibilities:


Event Management and Industry Representation

  • Spearhead the planning, organization, and execution of high-profile events, such as Investor Summits, Venture Capital Roundtables, and Startup Showcases, from ideation to successful delivery.
  • Develop and manage strategic outreach initiatives to ensure Artha Group’s leadership is represented at marquee industry events such as AVF Investor Connect, Global FinTech Summits, and Emerging Markets Venture Capital Conferences.
  • Identify and curate speaking opportunities for Artha’s leadership at influential forums, enhancing the firm’s visibility and thought leadership.

Sponsorship Management

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential sponsors, leveraging your network to secure financial support for key events.
  • Craft bespoke sponsorship packages that resonate with high-profile financial services and venture capital stakeholders, driving long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Social Media Strategy and Execution

  • Collaborate closely with the social media and marketing teams to design and implement compelling strategies that promote events across digital platforms, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact social media content, ensuring alignment with Artha Group’s branding and event goals.

Webinar and Podcast Calendar

  • Take ownership of a robust calendar of webinars and podcasts, coordinating with esteemed guest speakers and promoting events to maximize outreach and influence.
  • Ensure flawless execution of these digital events, from managing logistics to audience engagement, positioning Artha Group as a thought leader in the venture capital ecosystem.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work in close partnership with the Investor Relations and Marketing teams to align event strategies with Artha Group’s broader objectives, ensuring that every event strengthens relationships with investors and stakeholders.
  • Proactively contribute to enhancing investor communications and developing impactful engagement strategies, keeping Artha Group at the forefront of the industry.


Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in event management, investor relations, or a similar role within the venture capital, financial services, or startup ecosystems.

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational acumen with a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring the flawless execution of complex events.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proven success in securing sponsorships and forging lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and investor relations software.
  • A robust network within the financial services and venture capital sectors, with an ability to leverage connections for event outreach and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • • Total annual compensation: ₹21,00,000
  • • ₹18,00,000 paid monthly
  • • ₹3,00,000 retention bonus paid at the end of the year
