Delivering from Redmond-WA, USA, Guadalajara, Mexico and Hyderabad, India, our scalable solutions cater precisely to diverse business requirements and multiple time zones (US time zone Lead the architecture, design, and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FnO, Customer Engagement solutions, including Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Insights Journeys.

- Act as a Technical Advisor for project teams, providing guidance and oversight throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Configure entities, forms, views, and workflows to align with business processes while leveraging out-of-the-box features and functionalities.

- Design and implement secure, reliable, and high-performing integrations with upstream and downstream applications using Azure services, REST APIs, and other integration tools.

- Lead the migration of data from legacy applications or on-premises CRM systems to Dynamics 365.

- Develop high-level and low-level design documents and ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry best practices.

- Stay updated with Dynamics 365 updates and enhancements, incorporating new features into solutions.

- Leading Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) - preparing reports and presenting them to clients or Stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

- Proven track record in a technical leadership role, guiding teams through complex implementations.

- Expertise in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration, including forms, workflows, and business rules.

- Strong experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using tools such as Azure Integration Services, REST APIs, and other middleware solutions.

- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Operations).

- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Strong coding skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for extending Dynamics 365 functionalities.

- Hands-on experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, etc.).

- Strong understanding of data modeling and database design.

- Gained experience working with Presales to support client solutions.

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
