Project Director - Real Estate / Residential Luxury VillasJob Location: : Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) or below 40 Yrs.- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management, with at least 4-7 years in leading large teams.- Proven expertise in operations within Real Estate, Construction sectors.- Strong background in cross-functional team leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.- Familiarity with fast-paced work environments and adeptness in problem-solving and data a key leadership position within the luxury villa and bungalow real estate sector, the Project Director will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of high-end projects. This role demands strategic oversight, exceptional team management, and the ability to ensure all projects maintain the highest standards of quality, budget adherence, and timely Strategy and Planning:- Lead strategy execution across various phases, including design, pre-construction, construction, and procurement.- Proactively address escalations and mitigate project roadblocks, incorporating stakeholder input.- Collaborate with the Head of Operations on prioritizing strategic initiatives and enhancing operational Oversight:- Conduct monthly reviews of project accounts to identify discrepancies and manage expenditures.- Ensure compliance with established budgets while exploring opportunities for financial efficiency.- Engage in risk management and support procurement activities related to contracts and Leadership and Management:- Work closely with the Head of Operations to oversee daily operational functions.- Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence within the project teams.- Utilize data-driven insights to facilitate timely decision-making and enhance process and Stakeholder Relations:- Spearhead key initiatives and projects across multiple functional areas.- Collaborate with senior executives to formulate actionable plans for process enhancement and stakeholder Management:- Oversee the performance management of direct reports, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.- Support recruitment strategies, training, development, and career progression planning for team members.- Foster a motivated team environment through effective delegation and and Teamwork:- Maintain high personal quality and productivity standards.- Anticipate and navigate organizational changes effectively.- Commit to ongoing professional development by staying abreast of industry trends.Key Performance Indicators:- Accountability for project timelines and budget management.- Compliance with design and execution standards as defined by Isprava, evaluated through snag counts and client feedback.- Retention and motivation rates among team Required for Application:- Current Location:- Current CTC:- Expected CTC:- Total Relevant Experience:- Experience in Villa/Luxury Real Estate Industry:- Total Experience in Project Management:- Total Experience in Construction Management:- Total Experience in leading large teams:- Total Experience in Site Management:- How soon you can join if selected:- Acceptance of Job Location in Mumbai: (ref:iimjobs.com)
