Realme - Senior Manager - Internal Audit - CA

Senior Manager - Internal and responsibilities :
- Lead the Internal audit function, report to management board and HQ office in accordance with the Internal Audit Charter
- Oversee and carry out the risk-based internal audit projects and ad-hoc assignments requested by CEO and HQ Office.
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of key functional processes, policies and procedures and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry and corporate standards
- Initiate risk-based annual/periodic audit plan, be able to develop and perform analytical and substantive audit procedures
- Prepare timely internal audit reports with practical recommendations & monitor follow-up corrective actions
- Work closely with the management team and various business units across different departments, to promote corporate governance and drive improvements for operational excellence
- Provide consultancy and management services for the company.
Eligibility :
- 8 years or above solid internal audit experience.
- University graduate in Finance / Business or equivalent disciplines with CA certification, and holder of CIA will be an advantage.
- Experienced in leading audit assignments in both CA firms and manufacturing industry, experience gained from consumer electronics industry and big-4 is highly preferred. (ref:iimjobs.com)
