Internal Audit Manager

Job Profile:
We are looking for an Internal Audit Manager with notable 8-9 Years of relevant experience in Business Process Auditing, Designing internal controls, Risk assessments, compiling compliances report for Business units in corporates. The incumbent should have high level of understanding and knowledge of business processes, internal Audit and controls.
The right candidate must have experience in carrying out Audit on Tally/SAP ERP.
The position is based out of our corporate office in Gurugram, Haryana, India
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an annual risk-based internal audit plan in collaboration with senior management.
- Conduct internal audit reviews to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance practices.
- Tracking & follow up for timely closure of reported Open Action Plans
- Continuous testing of closed / implemented action plans to ensure effective addressal of the issues.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and provide practical solutions to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks.
- Lead and mentor a team of internal auditors, provide guidance on audit procedures, and ensure timely completion of audit assignments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational, financial, and compliance risks within the organization.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and preventive measures resulting from audit findings.
- Stay updated on emerging best practices, regulations, and industry trends related to internal audit and risk management.
Experience And Skills:
- The candidate must have 8-9 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit

Educational Qualification
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / CIA can Apply
