Join our team as a Business Development Executive, where you'll drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base through strategic initiatives, leveraging market insights, and fostering lasting partnerships.


Responsibilities:

Strategic Targeting: Identify high-potential markets and clients using thorough market and competitor research.

Comprehensive Strategy: Develop and execute a holistic business development strategy aligned with sales targets and market insights.

Effective Engagement: Engage potential clients through diverse channels, tailored to their needs and informed by market research.

Collaborative Approach: Work closely with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts, integrating research findings into proposals and presentations.

Negotiation and Relationship Management: Lead negotiations, leveraging competitor insights, and building long-term client relationships.

Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates on business development activities, incorporating insights from market research to drive continuous improvement.

Client-Facing Engagement: Cultivate relationships by meeting clients directly, understanding their unique needs, and providing personalized solutions to drive business growth.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful experience in business development, sales, or related roles. Immediate joiner preferred.

Result-Oriented Spirit: Demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.


Location : Chennai on-site


Ownership Mentality: Take ownership of projects and initiatives, showing accountability and initiative in driving them to successful outcomes.

Willingness to Travel: Be open to occasional travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and business development opportunities.
