Position: Project Manager

Exp: 5+ years

 

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing projects from conception to completion, liaising with C-level executives and ground-level employees to ensure successful execution. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of project management.

 

Responsibility:

 

Project Planning and Coordination:

·Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

·Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables

·Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success

 

Stakeholder management:

·Act as the primary point of contact for Internal and External Stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and key milestones

·Facilitate communication between senior management and project teams, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

·Collaborate with external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure project requirements are met

 

Leadership:

·Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and deliverables

·Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

·Resolve conflicts and address challenges to keep projects on track and within scope

·Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and service delivery

·Monitor project progress and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

 

Budget and Resource Management:

·Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle

·Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize waste

 

 

Reporting and Documentation:

·Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders

·Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project specifications

 

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in Project Management, or a related field

·Proven experience in project management

·Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization

·Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely

·Proficiency in project management software and tools

·PMP or other relevant certifications preferred
