Role & Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: End to End campaign planning, strategizing and execution.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales & Product, etc. ) to manage large-scale marketing efforts.
Performance Measurement:
- Analyze and understand key marketing metrics to drive data-informed decisions, ensuring continuous improvement in campaign performance.
Attrition Control:
- Develop and implement strategies to manage and reduce team attrition.
Microsoft Dynamics Migration:
- Take ownership of the migration to Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Automation Tools:
- Implement and manage automation tools that enhance efficiency and optimize campaign workflows.
Database/Inventory Management:
- Oversee data management, including procurement, data sourcing, and maintaining data integrity through regular cleansing activities.
Data Analytics & Visualization:
- Utilize tools like Power BI and Excel to analyze data and present insights visually, facilitating better decision-making.
Project Management:
- Manage projects using tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Data Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing data through various stages.
- Proficient in handling internal scrubs and working with free and paid vendor data cycles.
- Campaign Management: Strong background in campaign planning, strategy, execution, and analysis across multiple online channels.
- Experience: 6 to 10 years of data and campaign management experience.
- US Market Focus: At least 3 years of experience working with US clients within the last 10 years.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities with no noticeable Mother Tongue Influence (MTI).
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Industry Experience: Experience in education, training, SaaS, or other cloud-based tools.
- Technology Proficiency: Knowledge of database management systems, marketing automation tools, and campaign management platforms.
