We turn noisy support tickets, reviews, chats, and surveys into clear retention signals.As aSenior Backend Product Engineer , you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling the systems behind that intelligence, working across data pipelines, event-driven architecture, and product logic to deliver real outcomes.
