About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Geologist to support block-wise geological exploration and data management across multiple project sites. The role requires hands-on expertise in geological data acquisition, field activities, Minex modeling, and data validation. You'll be involved in end-to-end fieldwork, from core logging and sampling to database generation and 3D modeling.

The ideal candidate is comfortable both in the field and at the workstation-able to manage daily exploration activities, analyze large datasets, and create clear reports, plans, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct block-wise exploration data collection, including geological logging, sampling, and field photography.
• Perform geological correlation and validate analytical data from core samples and fieldwork.
• Manage day-to-day ground exploration activities, coordinating with field teams and contractors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date exploration databases, ensuring data integrity and readiness for modeling.
• Generate inputs and build 3D geological models in Minex, including plans and sections.
• Prepare MIS reports, technical write-ups, presentations, and data summaries for internal review.
• Analyze geological data to support resource evaluation and project development.
• Ensure all activities are well-documented and aligned with QA/QC standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (GIS, mining, environment) for integrated data usage.
• Utilize MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, analysis, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology, Applied Geology, or Earth Sciences.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in mineral exploration and geological fieldwork.
• Proficiency in Minex software for geological modeling and section generation.
• Strong skills in logging, sampling, sample data validation, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience in geological data analysis and database management.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; able to create clear and professional reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities in both field and office environments.
