The ideal candidate should have an eye for aesthetics, spatial understanding, and hands-on experience with design visualization and technical drawings.Key Responsibilities •Develop 2D floor plans, layout drawings, and elevation details based on project requirements. •Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to communicate design concepts effectively. •Collaborate with clients, architects, and project teams to refine design ideas and incorporate feedback. •Prepare presentation boards, material selections, and mood boards for client approvals. •Coordinate with vendors and site teams to ensure design execution aligns with drawings and specifications. •Stay informed about new materials, trends, and technologies in interior design. •Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion while meeting timelines.Qualifications and Skills •Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline. •2–5 years of experience in 2D and 3D interior design projects. •Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). •Strong sense of design, color, space planning, and lighting. •Excellent visualization and presentation skills. •Ability to work independently and collaboratively under project deadlines.Preferred Attributes •Experience with commercial, residential, or hospitality design projects. •Knowledge of Revit or Lumion for advanced rendering workflows. •Understanding of MEP coordination, furniture detailing, and on-site execution.
