**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create 2D layouts and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop realistic 3D visualizations and models using 3D Max or SketchUp.
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand design requirements and client preferences.
- Produce high-quality rendering presentations and mood boards.
- Ensure accurate measurements and material specifications in design plans.
- Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in interior design or architectural visualization.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Max or SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and material selection.
- Excellent creativity, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
