About AppsforBharat :

AppsForBharat is a Series-A funded startup, backed by Sequoia Capital, Elevation Capital, BEENEXT, and Matrix Partners. We are now adding more hands to our team in Bengaluru, India. Our founding team is the alumni from the top IITs & IIMs, and are seasoned entrepreneurs who have previously built and scaled high-growth startups.

We are developing a range of mobile and web apps that will holistically address the devotional and spiritual needs of our users. Our first app (Sri Mandir) was launched in November 2020 - this app is at the intersection of spiritual offerings and gaming, and with that, we are moving a large offline behaviour online. It already has 3+ million Daily Active Users with a 4.8 rating on Google Play Store.

The user love that we have been getting is overwhelming & inspiring; and with our growth rate, we will be serving tens of millions of users in a few months from now.

- Sri Mandir is a digital sanctuary for millions of devotees worldwide. Our mission is to enrich the spiritual lives of individuals by providing seamless access to sacred rituals, divine teachings, and a vibrant community of believers.


- As part of our Marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the narrative of a deeply revered tradition in the digital age.

- Product Strategy Development : Collaborate with senior product managers to develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.

- Market Research and Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform product decisions.

- Product Development Support : Assist in defining product requirements, prioritizing features and managing the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.

- User Experience Enhancemen t: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

- Feature Prioritization and Roadmapping : Prioritize product features based on customer feedback, data analysis, and business objectives, and assist in maintaining product roadmaps and release schedules.

- Data Analysis and Optimization : Utilize data analytics and KPIs to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize product features to drive user engagement and retention.

Requirements :

- An Engineering or Management Graduate from a premier institute.

- Minimum 1 years of experience in Product Management is a must.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects from concept to launch.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools is preferred.

- A passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

- Past experience in an e-commerce or supply chain setup will earn you an extra brownie
