Shape an innovative and rewarding career at Azuga.Job Summary :We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in Full Stack development using the Java and/or MERN stack and AWS technologies.The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications and services.As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing robust software solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and Java-Springboot projects.- Lead the development and deployment of serverless applications on AWS using Lambda, SQS, S3, EventBridge, and API Gateway.- Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL and DynamoDB to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.- Implement and manage messaging systems using Kafka.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment processes.- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and support.- Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Qualifications :- Bachelor's /Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in software development.- Strong proficiency in Java and/or MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).- Extensive experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).- Knowledge of AWS technologies.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
