Grow with us.Role Description- Interpret client briefs and translate them into innovative, Vaastu-compliant, context-appropriate concepts. - Lead and mentor a team of junior architects, draftsmen, and interns. - Develop design concepts, feasibility studies, and schematic layouts. - Review team drawings and ensure accuracy, technical clarity, and clean detailing. - Prepare and finalize construction drawings (GFC sets). - Coordinate with MEP, structural, and project management teams for design alignment. - Participate in client meetings, capture design requirements, present solutions, and lead revisions. - Ensure all deliverables comply with building regulations and statutory norms. - Conduct site visits to verify design intent and resolve technical queries. - Maintain project timelines, drawing logs, and version control. - Support BOQ preparation and material specifications with the execution team.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch). - Minimum 3 - 4+ years experience in an architecture firm. - Prior experience leading or supervising a team (mandatory). - Ability to handle client interaction, consultant coordination, and design reviews. - Strong project ownership, accountability, and time management.Apply now:If you are ready to lead, inspire, and contribute to meaningful architecture,send your CV + Portfolio to: careermidoriarch@gmail.com
