We’re Hiring: Senior Architect (3–4 Years’ Experience) At Zero Energy Design Lab (ZED Lab), we design spaces that are beautiful, high-performing, and environmentally regenerative. Our work blends design, research, technology, and sustainability to create India’s next generation of net-zero energy buildings.We’re looking for a Senior Architect who’s passionate about innovation and ready to take ownership of meaningful residential and public projects.Qualifications required• B.Arch with 3–4 years of architectural + interior project experience • Strong in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite, and parametric tools like Rhino & Grasshopper • Confidence in leading projects from concept to completion • Excellent command of technical drawings (civil, MEP, structural, interior details) • Clear communication, leadership, and presentation abilities • A deep interest in net-zero design, passive strategies, and sustainable systems.Who You area• Known for a result-driven and responsible working style • Skilled at managing timelines and design quality • Strong leadership with the ability to guide junior designers • Comfortable collaborating closely with clients, consultants & contractors • Curious, proactive, and excited about pushing design boundariesWhat you'll be doing• Lead a growing team of 4–5 architects • Manage multiple residential or public building projects • Coordinate with structure, MEP, landscape, façade and other consultants • Ensure delivery of thoughtful, technically strong design outcomes • Mentor juniors and drive innovation & quality • Work hands-on with: – Net-zero building development workflows – Parametric + computational design to resolve building performance issues – New-age materials & systems for low-energy architecture – Sustainability guidelines, energy codes & climate-based design strategiesWhat you'll learn• Principles & execution of net-zero energy buildings • Passive design systems and energy-efficient architecture • Parametric & computational workflows • Integration of new materials, façade systems, and sustainable technologies • Real-world strategies used in high-performance buildingsWhy ZED Lab?• Work in a research-led environment shaping the future of sustainable Indian architecture • Exposure to diverse projects — residential, public, interior, landscape • Creative freedom to innovate and contribute your design voice • Clear pathways for career growth and leadership • Opportunities to collaborate with top consultants, studios, and fabricatorsSend your resume + portfolio: zeroenergydesignlab@gmail.comSubject line: Senior Architect Application – ZED LabLet’s design a sustainable future together. #Hiring #SeniorArchitect #ArchitectureJobs #ZEDLab #NetZeroDesign #ParametricDesign #SustainableArchitecture #Delhi #GreenDesign #ComputationalDesign
