Driveintegration of ServiceNow with multiple systems/applications , ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to align ServiceNow technology withbusiness needs and processes . Providetechnical leadership , manage project risks, and deliver robust, high-quality solutions. Overseescripting, performance optimization, and adherence to security best practicesacross implementations. Troubleshoot technical issues, provide recommendations, and ensure smooth stakeholder communication. Key Skills & Experience: 10+ years of overall IT experience , with extensive ServiceNow implementation background. Strong knowledge ofServiceNow architecture, framework, data model, and integrations . Expertise inJavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow APIs & Web Services . Proven ability to leadcross-functional teamsand manage complex, large-scale projects
