Backed by 50 years of experience and an innovative work culture, we help partners de-risk their supply chains, develop new molecules and offer end-to-end solutions - from research and development to manufacturing and global supply.Position Purpose:We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the pharma, agro, and specialty chemicals verticals, with a primary focus on the domestic Indian market & export market. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment and wants to make a tangible impact on growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities:- Manage Key Accounts: Own and grow relationships with existing domestic and global customers.New Customer Acquisition:- 1. Onboard new pharma and agro customers in India within 12 months.- 2. Actively identify and convert leads through market intelligence and field visits.New Product Promotion:- 1. Introduce 57 new chemical intermediates to customers each year.- 2. Collaborate with R&D and sourcing teams to pitch technical product value.Export Sales:- 1. Assist in converting export leads to orders, including coordination and follow-ups.- 2. Represent Monachem at select international trade fairs and customer meetings.Cross-Functional Collaboration:- 1. Work closely with internal sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.- 2.
