About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Test Automation Engineer with a strong background in Worksoft Certify. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in test automation for SAP environments, including both SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, create, and maintain automated test scripts using the Worksoft Certify automation tool.

- Execute test scripts and analyze results to identify system defects and performance issues.

- Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and create comprehensive test plans.

- Manage test cases, defects, and test cycles using HP ALM / Octane or similar test management tools.

- Provide regular reports on test progress, defect status, and overall quality metrics.

- Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure a smooth and efficient testing process.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 4 years of experience in test automation on SAP.

- Strong, mandatory experience with the Worksoft Certify automation tool.

- Good exposure to and working knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

- Solid experience working with HP ALM / Octane for test management and defect tracking.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Desired Qualifications :

- Knowledge of other SAP modules or related technologies is a plus.

- Certification in Worksoft Certify or a related testing tool is beneficial.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
