Worksoft Automation Test Lead

Location: India (Hybrid / Onsite as per client need)

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Worksoft Test Automation Lead/Manager with extensive hands-on experience in Worksoft Certify and related tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading automation testing projects, integrating Worksoft with test management tools, driving automation strategies, and providing leadership for large-scale SAP automation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Worksoft automation testing projects with focus on SAP environments.
  • Use Worksoft Certify extensively for automation scripting, execution, and reporting.
  • Work with other Worksoft products such as Process Capture, CTM, and others to optimize automation outcomes.
  • Set up and configure Worksoft Certify and integrate it with test management tools (HP ALM, Jira, etc.).
  • Provide comparisons and recommendations on Worksoft vs. other automation tools for different project needs.
  • Prepare and review automation effort estimation models and project plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and delivery teams to align automation objectives.
  • Mentor and guide team members on Worksoft automation best practices.
  • Ensure automation standards, governance, and reusability of scripts.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of overall testing experience, with 4+ years in Worksoft automation.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Worksoft Certify.
  • Good knowledge of Worksoft Process Capture, CTM, and other Worksoft tools.
  • Experience integrating Worksoft with test management tools.
  • Understanding of other automation tools (UFT, Tosca, Selenium, Tricentis, etc.) and ability to benchmark Worksoft against them.
  • Strong knowledge of automation project estimation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
