Title Technical Marketing (Team Member) Function Technical Marketing Department Technical Marketing Grade/Designation Asst Manager- Manager Location Baner Key Performance Indicator To generate new business EXPERIENCE Experienced with handling customers 7-15 yrs Qualification BE Mechanical/Automobile Languages to know: Tamil (Mandatory)TasksTo establish a single point of contact with customers Generating an RFQ To lead Concept Designing Make 2-3 design options as solution Customer mapping Interact with customer andunderstand pain areas /the need Lead NPD from inquiry to PPAP Providing Technical/commercial proposals/solutions in line with customer requirement for New products or existing products Price finalization and customer negotiations Prepare and submit quote as per customer timeline Tracking of various development projects till the completion stage To review and address customer grievances in 2-2-2-2 by coordinating the CQC (Customer quality complaint) resolution. Prepare CAPA reports and submit to the customer. Creating technical awareness among the customers for product in various campaign Customer relationship management Review of product related field issues Exploring new business opportunities with the existing customers Introduction of new products and technologies Technical Assistance to After Market Team Value engineering Conducting IQAs on customer vehicles/equipment for all new products. Support to brand manager for customer specific technical promotional activities Settling commercial activities like pending payments or transactional issues and recovery and reconciliation KNOWLEDGE Application Engineering, Basic Engine, Filtration Basics Diesel engine and its application on equipments Product range and Technical knowledge of our products. Manufacturing and engineering related knowledge. FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS Good understanding of customer requirement and means to fulfill the requirements. Cool and calm attitude to main a diplomatic relationship with customer even under tremendous pressure. Presentation, communication and costing skills Diplomatic and negotiating skill.
