We’re looking for an experiencedTesting Automation Architectwith strong hands-on experience inAI-driven test automationto join our growing technology team inHyderabad .Role:Testing Automation Architect (AI Experience) Experience:10+ Years (Automation + 3+ Years in AI/Intelligent Testing) Employment Type:Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Design and implementend-to-end automation strategiesacross multiple applications and platforms. ArchitectAI/ML-enabled test automation frameworksfor intelligent test generation, prioritization, and defect prediction. Evaluate and implement tools likeSelenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestComplete, Tosca, or Katalon , integrated withAI/ML models . Automate testing forUI, API, performance, and mobileapplications. LeverageGenAI tools and LLMs(like Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, or Copilot) to enhance testing productivity. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to enableCI/CD-based test automation pipelines . Drivetest data automation ,self-healing scripts , andintelligent test case generation . Mentor QA teams and establishbest practices, standards, and governancefor automation and AI testing.Required Skills:Expertise in automation tools – Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Tosca, etc. Strong programming skills inPython, Java, or JavaScript . Experience inAI/ML model integrationfor automation (e.g., predictive testing, anomaly detection). Hands-on experience withcloud platforms(Azure/AWS/GCP) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps). Familiarity withAI-driven testing toolssuch as Testim.io, Mabl, Functionize, or Applitools. Solid understanding ofsoftware QA methodologies , frameworks, and Agile processes.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. AI/ML or Automation certifications (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer, AI for QA, or Azure AI). Experience in buildingautomation CoEs (Centers of Excellence)or leading enterprise-scale QA transformation projects.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities. Passion for innovation in automation and AI-driven testing.
