The role involves developing strategic brand narratives, driving digital and social media engagement, managing website and content communications, and strengthening the company’s overall visibility and reputation. The ideal candidate should bring extensive experience in PR, Marketing, or IT-driven communication environments, with a strong command over storytelling, brand strategy, and stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:1. Social Media Engagement • Develop and execute digital communication strategies to strengthen the organization’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.). • Plan and manage content calendars, social media campaigns, and engagement initiatives. • Monitor analytics and insights to optimize reach, visibility, and brand perception.2. Internal Communications • Drive internal communication programs to promote transparency, collaboration, and employee engagement. • Create communication frameworks that align leadership messages with organizational goals. • Support internal newsletters, town halls, and corporate announcements.3. Brand Strategy & Positioning • Design and execute communication strategies that reinforce the company’s brand identity. • Ensure consistency in messaging across all internal and external communication channels. • Collaborate with leadership to build and strengthen the organization’s public image.4. Narrative & Storytelling • Craft compelling narratives that reflect the company’s values, culture, and achievements. • Develop storytelling campaigns showcasing leadership perspectives, milestones, and CSR initiatives. • Translate strategic objectives into engaging and impactful communication materials.5.
