Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and proactive Imports Documentation & Operations Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will manage import activities, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure efficient shipment handling and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the imports team and manage overseas pricing.

- Coordinate with overseas agents, co-loaders, shippers, and consignees for booking arrangements.

- Input data for all shipments into the Daily Shipment Report (DSR).

- Regularly check shipment statuses on shipping lines and co-loader tracking sites, providing timely updates to consignees.

- Obtain final pre-alert documents from overseas agents at the time of shipment sailing.

- Send documentation for manifestation to the concerned department.

- Prepare and send freight certificates upon shipment arrival at the sea port.

- Maintain manual files of pre-alert documents for record-keeping.

- Track GIGM & LIGM details and share them with consignees.

- Follow up with the customs clearance team to arrange timely checklists and file BOE.

- Update all shipment data in E-Freight Suite software, check railout status, and manage freight invoices, agent debit notes, and shipping line invoices.

- Ensure timely issuance of delivery orders and handle shipping line payment matters.

- Send the Daily Shipment Report (DSR) to consignees.

- Coordinate with salespersons to resolve queries related to ongoing shipments
