Position Overview :

- We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect with extensive experience in cloud technologies, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Elasticsearch, and Kafka, along with a deep understanding of microservices architecture and domain-driven design principles.

- The role requires proficiency in backend development using Angular, Java, and Kotlin, as well as experience in API integrations with 3rd party applications and SAP.

- A strong foundation in database management, DevOps practices, observability tools, and security best practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture Design :

- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance architectures using microservices and domain-driven design principles.

- Provide architectural guidance across cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), ensuring robust and secure solutions.

Cloud Technologies :

- Architect and deploy cloud solutions using GCP, AWS, and Azure.

- Utilize Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) for container orchestration, and manage data pipelines with Kafka and search solutions with Elasticsearch.

Backend Development :

- Lead backend development projects using Java, Kotlin, and Angular.

- Ensure the implementation of best practices in API integrations with 3rd party applications and SAP.

DevOps & CI/CD :

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using DevOps practices.

- Work with tools such as GIT, Cloud Build, and Kubernetes to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes.

Database Management :

- Oversee database architecture and management, particularly with MongoDB and other relational and NoSQL databases.

- Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of database systems.

Observability & Monitoring :

- Implement and maintain observability tools such as Grafana and Stackdriver for monitoring and performance tuning.

- Ensure systems are highly available and performance is optimized.

Security Best Practices :

- Design and enforce security best practices across all systems and applications.

- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and frameworks.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Lead cross-functional teams, providing technical direction and mentorship.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Extensive experience as a Technical Architect with expertise in GCP, AWS, and Azure.

- Proficiency in GKE, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Java, Kotlin, and Angular.

- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and domain-driven design.

- Experience with API integrations, particularly with SAP and 3rd party applications.

- Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.

- Strong grasp of security best practices in architecture and development.

- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with React.js, Redux, and other front-end technologies.

- Familiarity with additional cloud-native tools and technologies.

- Certification in cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure
