Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (ITOM / HRSD)

Location: Hyderabad, India

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office)

Experience Required: 5+ Years in ServiceNow Development

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITOM and HRSD modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integrations and enhancing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITOM/HRSD modules.
  • Customize and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using APIs and web services.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing ServiceNow implementations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) and/or HRSD modules.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and upgrade processes.
  • Exposure to CIS certification (mandatory) in either ITOM or HRSD.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in hybrid environments.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM or SecOps modules.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and working in global delivery models.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
