Join Our Team as a Senior Business Partner in Recruitment at Monarch Networth Capital Limited

Are you a dynamic recruitment professional with a passion for the financial services industry? Monarch Networth Capital Limited is seeking a Senior Business Partner to join our recruitment team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for mid to senior-level recruitment in our Alternate Investment (AIF), Investment Banking, Institutional Equities, and Wealth Management businesses.


Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment efforts for mid to senior-level positions across AIF, Investment Banking, Institutional Equities, and Wealth Management.

Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.


Job Requirements

Qualifications

Minimum Postgraduate degree.


Experience

At least 5 years of experience in recruitment within the financial services industry.


Behavioral Competencies

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in senior-level recruitment.
