Role Overview: As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with high-net-worth individuals, architects, and interior designers to drive sales and brand awareness. You will work in a premium showroom environment, providing personalized consultations and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and high-end clientele.
- Conduct showroom tours and present the brands luxury offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion skills.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, real estate, or a similar high-end sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience dealing with HNI clients is a plus.
