Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Lead Web Developer with strong expertise in PHP, CMS platforms, and modern front-end frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, leading a team of developers, and collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality web solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver scalable and high-performing web solutions.

- Architect, design, and develop applications using Drupal, WordPress, Joomla, Magento, and other CMS platforms.

- Drive the development of front-end applications using React.js and Next.js (Vue.js as a substitute).

- Collaborate with US-based counterparts, ensuring effective communication and smooth project execution.

- Design, build, and integrate REST APIs and third-party services for seamless functionality.

- Implement PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter for backend development.

- Manage containerization and deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar).

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability through best practices and test-driven development.

- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and risk management.

- Mentor and upskill the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Required Skillsets :


- 8 - 15 years of strong web development experience with proven leadership abilities.

- Expertise in Drupal and hands-on experience in other CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, Magento).

- Proficiency in PHP and at least one framework such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.

- Strong front-end expertise with React.js and exposure to Next.js (Vue.js as an alternative).

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and web services integration.

- Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable architectures.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with international stakeholder management experience.

- Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire development teams.
