You will lead engineering teams, define technical road maps, and drive innovation in backend systems that power millions of customer interactions. What will you do: Contribute to all aspects of an agile software development lifecycle including design, & architecture. Led the design and development of highly scalable, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems. Own technical architecture decisions and guide teams through trade-offs and implementation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Frontend, Data, DevOps) to drive end-to-end solutions. Mentor and coach engineers; review code, designs, and provide thought leadership. Drive best practices in coding, design, testing, and deployments. Evaluate and introduce new technologies to keep the system ahead of the curve. What you need to succeed: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science engineering, preferably from Tier I/II Institutes. 7-10 years of hands-on experience in experience in backend system design, development, and scaling distributed systems. 2+ year of experience in leading a team of 6-10 members and driving projects end-to-end. Proven expertise in system design (HLD + LLD), microservices architecture, and API development . Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, databases, and cloud infrastructure . Experience in mentoring teams, leading projects, and making architecture decisions at scale. Proficiency in Python (preferred) / Java / Golang / Node.Js / ROR etc. Experience with database design; SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL), & NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB). Bonus: Experience in observability, security, performance optimization, and DevOps practices .
