Job Summary :


We are seeking a highly skilled Principal/Senior Cloud Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) and cloud-native environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure Kubernetes-based infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability of containerized applications in production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Interpret and implement design specifications for cloud infrastructure solutions.

Lead Kubernetes (K8s) cluster operations, including :

- Operator development with Product Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs).

- Rolling upgrades, backup/restore, and automatic failover management.

- Horizontal and vertical scaling of workloads.

- Monitoring, logging, and alerting for high availability and performance.

- Persistent storage and volume management.

- Implement cloud container management best practices for production workloads.

- Drive automation of deployment pipelines and operational tasks.

- Collaborate with DevOps, development, and QA teams in an Agile environment.

- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in all cloud Skills :

- Kubernetes (K8s) : Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in managing production-grade clusters.

- Cloud Computing : Minimum 4 years of experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Agile Development : Minimum 3 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Docker : At least 2 years of containerization experience.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm, Ansible).

- Proficiency in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Skills :

- Experience with Kubernetes Operators and CRD development.

- Knowledge of backup/restore solutions and disaster recovery for Kubernetes.

- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go).

- Familiarity with GitOps workflows (e.g., Argo CD, Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
