Key Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers across Tech, Marketing, Customer Service and Product to define role requirements and design effective recruitment plans for Leadership/C-Suite Hiring.Source talent using diverse methods including , job boards, employee referrals, professional communities, and industry networking events.Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, industry knowledge, and cultural fit.Manage candidates end-to-end through the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activities in the ecommerce space.Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for frequently hired roles.Collaborate with HR and leadership to strengthen employer branding and position the company as an employer of choice in the ecommerce industry. Required Skills & Qualifications:5-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, ecommerce, product driven industries.Proven success in hiring for ecommerce organizations. Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, social media recruiting and talent mapping.Excellent communication, relationship management and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple priorities. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools.
